Thank you for choosing Heilmeier's Bed and Biscuit for your pet's boarding needs. For your pet's comfort you may choose from runs, luxury suites, or feline condos. Please check the box by the room of your choice.
Checkout time for weekdays is 1:00pm. Our weekend hours are 7:30am to 8:30am or 3:30pm to 4:30pm. All checkouts after our morning hours will be charged for a full day.
Beds are given for your dog's comfort. If you do not wish for your dog to have a bed, please let us know. We may ask for reimbursement for any bed destroyed by your dog. Replacement cost can be up to $50.00.
Required: Dogs must be current on Distemper/Parvo, Influenza and Rabies yearly. Bordetella (kennel cough) is required every 6 months. We must also have a current intestinal parasite exam. Cats must be current on Felv, FVRCP and Rabies. Pets that require vaccinations will be examined by doctor at owner's expense.
All pets MUST be flea free. All pets will be administered a Capstar for our facility to maintain our flea free facility status. This charge will be applied to your bill.
Baths are given by request of the owner. Weekend pickups will receive their bath on Friday.
Emergency: Should an emergency occur during your pet's stay with us, your pet will be treated at Dr. Heilmeier's discretion. Please feel free to leave an emergency number with us.

How do you feed your pet at home?
If your pet takes medications, there will be a daily medication administration fee of $2.50 applied to your bill.
- I give permission to have my pet's likeness, picture, and/or medical story posted on social media.
- I assume responsibility for all charges in the care of this animal. I also understand that these charges will be paid at the time of release and that a deposit may be required for surgical treatment of this animal. I understand that if I do not pay for a service as agreed, I agree to pay all the cost of collection.

If you choose to have your pets board together, you will be responsible for any incidents that happen between them during their stay.
