Safety is our top priority. At Heilmeier’s, all dogs in our daycare program must be up to date on vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian. We require vaccination against rabies, DA2PLCPV, canine influenza, and Bordetella, as well as proof of a negative parasite check/test within a year of boarding.
We perform a temperament evaluation to ensure safe group interactions and separate playgroups based on size and temperament, helping every dog find the right crowd to enjoy their day with. Our facility’s spacious indoor areas are designed to allow 2 or 3 dogs to stay together, to prevent loneliness and anxiety. These indoor spaces are divided by concrete walls to give each pet some privacy, but our indoor dog runs have gated fence doors that let them see their furry friends—and the doors of our luxury suites are equipped with windows so our guests can see their human friends. Each dog visiting our doggy daycare is provided with a bed, but you are welcome to bring their own, if you’d prefer.
Our team is always on hand to monitor play and make sure every pup is having a good time. Whether your dog is high-energy and playful or more laid-back, we pay attention to their individual needs so they stay happy, healthy, and stress-free.
